One & Done Fundraiser

One donation helps bring a whole year of learning and experiences to Altadore students! Our suggested contribution of $200 per child to the Altadore School Parents Association helps fund: 

●    Field trips and off-site learning across all grades.

●    In-school residencies and workshops, including arts, music, science, athletics and cultural programs.

●    Learning resources, including classroom supplies, library books, and gym and music equipment.

●    Teacher appreciation, such as dinner during parent teacher conferences.

●    Sports Day and school community events that bring students together.

 Donate here The sooner donations come in, the more we can plan for the year!

Monthly giving is also an option. And if your company offers donation matching, please consider submitting your contribution to make it go even further. Thank you for supporting our school.

Fun Lunch

The following Fun Lunches have been scheduled until the end of 2026:

●    Wednesday, November 4 – Via Cibo (Order Healthy Hunger Deadline is Thursday, October 29)

●    Friday, November 20 – The Saucy Bread Co. Soft Pretzels - fun snack

●    Wednesday, December 9 – Chick-fil-a 

Volunteering: The Fun Lunch program relies heavily on volunteers. If you are able to volunteer for the first fun lunch on Wednesday, November 4 please sign up here. We are thrilled for volunteers to come for one shift or stay for both lunch times! No experience required but a CBE Police Clearance is required!

Retakes: October 28

Students who missed Photo Day or require a retake can sign up here by Sunday, Oct. 25. Retakes are available for expression, poor posture or head tilt, but not for changes to clothing or hairstyles.

Casino Volunteers Needed!

Altadore School's casino fundraiser takes place every two years and is our biggest fundraiser, supporting student enrichment programs. We need volunteers to make this happen. Your time, rather than a donation, helps raise thousands of dollars for our students! Our next casino is on Thursday, Dec. 17 and Friday, Dec. 18, 2026.

There are three shifts available each day:

• Daytime | 11:00 AM – 7:15 PM
• Evening | 7:00 PM – 3:45 AM
• Late Night | 11:00 PM – 3:45 AM

We have 36 volunteer spots to fill, and no prior experience is required! The key positions (General Manager, Banker, Cashier and Count Room Supervisor) must be filled by Altadore School parents. Extended family and friends are welcome to volunteer for the remaining positions.

Notes of Thanks

●       A big thank you to Jane, Ms. Bigelow’s mom, for all her direction and support in the garden this year. Another big thank you to Dana for swooping in to save the tomatoes and zucchinis right before the temperature dipped (and for delivering those final boxes to the food bank).
